Franco-Valuta Service

Franco-Valuta services are available to Ethiopians and individuals of Ethiopian descent holding a valid investment license to participate in various investment sectors. Applicants must:

• Complete the application form provided by the embassy.
• Submit a copy of a valid Ethiopian passport and a copy of a valid British residence permit or ID, or
• Submit a copy of a valid British passport and Ethiopian origin identity card if citizenship or nationality has changed. 
• Provide a copy of the investment license.
• Submit an approval letter from the relevant sector.
• If the investment license pertains to a partnership or PLC, submit copies of the association’s bylaws, articles of incorporation, and minutes of the meeting demonstrating the applicant’s membership.

Note: Upon submission, a letter of support will be issued to the Ethiopian Customs Commission.
