Accessibility
This website has been built to well recognised standards and incorporates many ease of use features in order to make it accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. However, it is not possible to guarantee that third party material will meet accessibility criteria.
- All web pages validate as XHTML 1.0 transitional, according to W3C XHTML Markup standards.
- The Cascading Style Sheets validate as valid CSS version 3, according to W3C CSS standards.
- The web pages have been designed using Cascading Style Sheets and feature the correct XHTML markup.
- All web pages has been developed to meet the requirements of W3C Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) Level Double-A standards.
- There are no "javascript" pseudo-links. All links can be followed, even if scripting is turned off.
- All images used in this site include descriptive ALT attributes (alternative text).
- If your browser does not support style sheets, the content of each page is still readable.

Text is resizable. The site is designed using cascading style sheets that use relative font sizes which is automatically resizes the text. The special browsers' text resizing feature can be used to resize the text automatically. The options below will allow you to adjust your browser to display your preferred text size.
If you use Internet Explorer:
- click on View menu and then Text Size
- click on your preferred text size (e.g. Smallest, Smaller, Medium, Larger, Largest)
If you use Netscape:
- click on View menu and then Text Zoom
- click on your preferred text size (e.g. 50%, 75%, 90%, 100%, 120%, 150%)
If you use Mozilla Firefox:
- click on View menu and choose Text Size (in Firefox version 3 and above choose Zoom)
- click on your preferred text size function Normal, Increase, Decrease (in Firefox version 3 and above click on Zoom and use the Zoom In to increase the text size and Zoom Out to decrease the text size or press and hold the Ctrl key and press the + key to increase the text to a satisfactory size or press and hold the Ctrl key and press the - key to decrease the text to a satisfactory size)
If you use Opera:
- click on View menu and then Zoom
- click on your preferred text size (e.g. 80%, 100%, 120%, 150%)
If you use Safari:
- click on View menu and then Make Text
- click on your preferred text size (e.g. Normal, Smaller, Bigger)
Access keys have been implemented to access and navigate the site using a keyboard. This is an alternative form of navigation to using a mouse, or other pointing device.
How to use the access keys if you use Internet Explorer:
- press and hold the Alt key
- press the required letter or number or symbol
- release the keys and press the Enter key
